First Impressions
I enjoy reading this book because i learn a lot of new things, for example about autistic people, and why people act the way they act. I also like the book because the way the books is written, its not complicated and easy to understand. But one thing i dont like about the book so far, is that its not action or adventure packed so far and kind of boring

Same Love + Connections
The song i connected to is "Same Love". In the song he talks about stereo types and this was one of the first things that came to my mind. I remember watching this on Facebook and I connected to this because this is a really common stereotype.

Song About Pressure
Let's dance in style, lets dance for a while
Heaven can wait we're only watching the skies
Hoping for the best but expecting the worst
Are you going to drop the bomb or not?
Let us die young or let us live forever
We don't have the power but we never say never
Sitting in a sandpit, life is a short trip
The music's for the sad men
Can you imagine when this race is won
Turn our golden faces into the sun
Praising our leaders we're getting in tune
The music's played by the madman
Forever young, i want to be forever young
Do you really want to live forever, forever forever
Forever young, i want to be forever young
Do you really want to live forever
Forever young
Some are like water, some are like the heat
Some are a melody and some are the beat
Sooner or later they all will be gone
Why don't they stay young
It's so hard to get old without a cause
I don't want to perish like a fading horse
Youth is like diamonds in the sun
And diamonds are forever
So many adventures couldn't happen today
So many songs we forgot to play
So many dreams are swinging out of the blue
We let them come true
Forever young, i want to be forever young
Do you really want to live forever, forever forever
Forever young, i want to be forever young
Do you really want to live forever forever forever
Forever young, i want to be forever young
Do you really want to live forever, forever forever
Forever young, i want to be forever

Love or Lust?
Love or lust? Romeo & Juliet by William Shakespeare is about two "lovers", who will do anything to be with each other. Although it is the greatest "love" story ever to be written not everyone believes it is love. The love could be fake because Romeo change his mind from Rosaline to Juliet in a blink of an eye. The reason he did that was because he did not really love Rosaline he just thought he did. In actuality Romeo could have loved Juliet because, the way he shows love would be different than how Paris or anyone else would. Last but not least committing suicide for each other would be considered 'romantic' to most people but not all people.
Romeo could have felt 'real' love towards Juliet because he killed himself to be with Juliet. Another reason he loved Juliet is because he didn't 'use' her, in other terms he actually showed affection instead of having sex and leaving. He picked his words very precisely, in other words he wouldn't say"You are the most beautiful thing i have ever seen. You are like a white dove amongst ugly crows." Instead of saying "You're hot."
To most people committing suicide would be considered 'stupid', however in this case it represents a romance and affection. If they never loved one another they would not have killed each other. In other words not even Death can stop them from being with each other. Romeo didn't
The love is fake because Romeo made his decision about Juliet based on her looks and not her personality. "O, she doth teach the torches to burn bright! It seems she hangs upon the cheek of night. Like a rich jewel in an Ethiope's ear; Beauty too rich for use, for earth too dear! So shows a snowy dove trooping with crows, As yonder lady o'er her fellows shows. The measure done, I'll watch her place of stand, And, touching hers, make blessed my rude hand. Did my heart love till now? forswear it, sight! For I ne'er saw true beauty till this night." That quote best represents how Romeo made his decision about Juliet based off her looks. He also says"Did my heart love till now?" Which basically means that did his heart ever feel love before. That essentially means that he never loved Rosaline.
The emotions Romeo had was lust because, he made his opinion on Juliets looks not her personality. But if his love was real, the play wouldn't have ended the way it did. In fact some people would disagree. At the end of the day Romeo and Juliet still showed affection, even though it was through love or lust. And that is what matters.

Mid-Term Report
22%- I have been to every single class except for the day i was feeling sick. I have been using class time wisely but at times I would get distracted. I try to read along to Romeo and Juliet but it gets too boring for me to concentrate and to stay on task. Tweeting has been very easy to my partner (Jagdeep) and I, and i think i am doing very well to stay up to date with tweeting.
21%- I have completed about 14/15 assignments. The one assignment i didnt do is commenting on others people blogs and personal pages. To me commenting is hard because people comment before me and I don't want to repeat it or say I agree.
19%- I should improve on the quality of my work and learn instead of just chasing the grade. My work compared to my class mates, tells me that i should put more effort and with more thought. My best blog post is probably the story "A Stick a Flag and a Railroad Track". I think it's the best because it put my best effort in it. Here it is
A Stick a Flag and a Railroad Link

22%- My class contribution hasn't been very great due to my shyness. If one of my classmates were stuck, i would give them an idea and help them with there problem, unless i had not solution. My best blog comments are probably the ones where i write something good and something bad.

Soliloquies
There are many famous soliloquies in Romeo and Juliet, but the one i have chose is "O, she doth teach the torches to burn bright. It seems she hangs upon the cheek of night. Like a rich jewel in an Ethiope’s ear, beauty too rich for use, for earth too dear. So shows a snowy dove trooping with crows as yonder lady o'er her fellows shows. The measure done, I'll watch her place of stand, and, touching hers, make blessèd my rude hand. Did my heart love till now? Forswear it, sight! For I ne'er saw true beauty till this night." This soliloquy is found in Act 1 Scene 5.
I think this speech means " Her beauty is brighter than the lights. She is more dazzling than the moon. Like a shiny jewel, she is too rich for us and too precious to the Earth. Shes like a dove compared to the other crows. Which means that she is a beautiful white dove amongst ugly black crowes Just touching her will make my dirt hand clean. Was I ever in love? I have never seen true beauty till this night.
That speech is so significant to the plot because it shows how much Romeo loves Juliet and why he likes her. For instance he says"O, she doth teach the torches to burn bright." Which means that she is brighter than the lights. Another example of why this speech is significant to the plot is ,because it starts off the relationship between the two characters. This speech is also significant because it starts off the Relationship story of two lovers.
I like the speech because i found it pretty easy to write about. I also like it because it makes you believe that love at first sight exists. But personally I think love at first sight doesn't exist because its not love your feeling its just lust.

Tybalt and Love
Tybalt is a character in the play who is not very fond about love or having good relationships. He shows this clearly in the play. He doesn't really get along with everyone and he doesn't really love someone. His view on love is shown in the first scene when he fights with the Montague's.

Good and Bad Relationships in Romeo and Juliet
One example of a good relationship is between Juliet and The Nurse. This relationship is an example of a mother and daughter. A quote from the play is "But first let me tell ye, if ye shall lead her into a fool's paradise, as they say, it were a very gross kind of behavior, as they say. For the gentlewomen is young, and therefore, if you should deal double with her, truly it were an I'll thing to be offered to any gentlewomen, and very weak dealing" She said that to Romeo. That line is saying that Romeo better not use Juliet and it better be for real. I also think that this is a bad relationship because the nurse makes decisions which should have made by Juliet's mom.
An example of a dysfunctional relationship is between Tybalt and Mercutio. I think this is an example of a dysfunctional relationship because they cant seem to find good in one another. In the play Mercutio says that Tybalt is "The prince of cats" which basically means hes quick on his feet. That is one good thing i could find between this relationship. I don't think Tybalt wanted to kill Mercutio, but instead i think it happened in the heat of the moment. My opinion about this relationship is that it has some good and some bad parts.
I believe William Shakespeare thinks that there is always good and bad in a relationship. Because it is more common in real life than a good/good relationship.

Interm Report
I think I'm doing pretty well in this class because i have finished the assignments on time and to the best of my ability. I have around 25 comments and i should work on giving some more feedback. I also believe i lack in participating in class, because of my shyness. If i need help for a starting point for example an essay or a story i would ask Jagdeep and he would give me some good ideas. In this class i improved my computer skills and increased my knowledge of computer technology and shortcuts on the keyboard.

Relationships
The three poems we read were all about relationships but in a different way. The first poem we read was "How was Your Heart" by Charles Bukowski. The second poem we read was "To a Stranger" by Walt Whitman and the last poem was "Unentitled" Jennifer L'Hirondelle.
"How was Your Heart" is about how the author had a bad relationship with his dad. He writes about what his dad did to him. This poem is also about not having a girlfriend and how he had to go to whore houses. His life was pretty bad but he still had hope. "What matters is how you walk through the fire", that line represents how he still had a positive look and how he handled the situation through the rough times.
"To a Stranger" is about a relationship that he never had. He wishes that he has a perfect life or a perfect relationships. The author also thought that nobody liked him.
"Unentitled" is a different type of a relationship. Its a human to a non-human relationship. The poem is about how the author loves nature and how she always feels at home.

What it's Like Being a Teenager
I really enjoy being a teenager because I can have fun and still be responsible. I like being a teenager because I could go to high school, make friends, get a locker and go to classes. All of those experiences are good and fun but my best experience is going places and rides with my friends. And that's what being a teenager is about. Hanging with friends and not caring about anything else. But not anything else just the small details. Being a teenager also comes with a price and that price is bullying or getting bullied at. That is probably the only thing that is hard abut being a teenager. I never had experience about bullying but I have encountered some small racism jokes over the years in high school. But I would toughen up and take it like a man. My experience as a teenager is not good or bad but just right.

A Stick a Flag and a Railroad Track
Once upon a time there was a kid named Sam Swarek. He was 15 and big for his age. He has black hair and a scar on his chest.
He was hanging out with his friend on a Saturday night. His best friend, Oliver was a bit older but skinnier. Sam was bored and didn't know what to do, so he decided to go with his friends to the park.
Their parents won't let them go out at night so they decided to sneak out by placing pillows underneath there bed sheets, and go through the window. Everything was going well until Oliver's mom called him down to fix the TV. He didn't give an answer and jumped through the window on to the cold, moist grass. Sam went right after.
While they ran to the nearest park called Ender Park, they saw a man standing out in the distance. They got scared but didn't stop to see him properly. They finally reached the park and noticed that there was some blood on the swing set. They panicked.
They got scared and started running away from the park and towards their house. While they were running they saw a small door like a bomb shelter. They stopped running to the swing set and headed to the small door underneath the slide.
When they opened it Oliver said "Are you sure we shouldn't go home and tell my mom"? Sam nodded his head and said "You're fifteen years old, we don't need to tell your mom". So Sam went in first and took out his iPod flashlight because of the darkness. Oliver came right after and shut the door behind him.
They started walking towards the tunnel. Thirty feet into the tunnel Oliver said "I'm tired and hungry". Sam punched him on the shoulder lightly and said "Don't worry, we are almost at the end of the tunnel". They saw some sort of red light and ran to it. They left the tunnel and were blinded by the light.
After they opened their eyes they were amazed. They saw a huge railroad track. But before they could finish watching the view, the man came again. They tried to see what the person looked like but he had no face. It was the Slender Man.
Their heart skipped a beat. They regained focus and ran toward the rail cart. They hopped in it and left. But the Slender Man was faster than a cart. He grabbed Oliver and took his face. Sam looked behind and saw that Oliver and no face. He started to cry.
Sam..Sam..Sam wake up. Sam opened his eyes and was sitting on his bed. "You were having a nightmare" said Oliver. He looked around and it was still night time. Sam was freaked out but said goodnight to his best friend and went right back to sleep. THE END
